SEATTLE C CONCOURSE EXPANSION - PORT OF SEATTLE - WOODS BAGOT
Role: Project Designer and Architect
Adding four stories above an active concourse at SEA was a monumental feat, but rarely simple. Between maintaining zero-downtime for passengers, executing complex architectural features like the "Tree at C," and adhering to the Port's aggressive sustainability framework, a project of this magnitude requires a consulting partner who treats extreme technical constraints as a roadmap, not an obstacle.
At Razi Architects, we specialize in the "difficult" integrations. Partnering directly with prime architects Woods Bagot and The Miller Hull Partnership, we provided the meticulous design coordination and construction administration needed to protect the design intent and bring this $399 million expansion to life.
